Free Shipping Promo Details
New Star Trophy offers free shipping on orders $99+ before tax within the contiguous United States and to APO/FPO addresses. Free standard shipping takes 2-8 business days depending on your location. All orders are shipping out of Los Angeles.
If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please contact us for more information. We can let you know when your order will arrive, and if you need to upgrade your shipping option. Upgraded shipping options are offered upon request.
Orders shipping to AK, HI, PR or internationally will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Import fees and taxes are not included in your shipping cost.
Larger orders may require skid shipping. New Star Trophy will cover the first $99.00 of the shipping charge, any balance is the customers responsibility.
This offer only applies to trophies, awards, plaques, and name tags. Promotional products are excluded from this promo offer, including towels. Final shipping costs for all promotional items will be applied after order is finished with production and ready to ship.
Returns
Customers returning merchandise for store credit, refund, or replacement must notify New Star Trophy within 7 business days of the order delivery date to get a return authorization. Cancellations must be notified via e-mail. If cancelled after the artwork is received, a 30% artwork & restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount. No cancellations are allowed after artwork confirmation. Payment for proofs are not refundable.
Engraved items such as plaques, plates, name badges, acrylics, and crystals are NON-REFUNDABLE. Shipping charges are also non-refundable, unless the item was defected upon receipt.
