New Star Trophy offers free shipping on orders $99+ within the contiguous United States and to APO/FPO addresses. 

 

If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please contact us for more information. We can let you know when your order will arrive, and if you need to upgrade your shipping option. Upgraded shipping options are offered. Please contact us for more details.

 

Orders shipping to AK, HI, PR or internationally will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Import fees and taxes are not included in your shipping cost. 

 

Larger orders may require skid shipping. New Star Trophy will cover the first $99.00, any balance is the customers responsibility.

This offer only applies to trophies, awards, plaques, and name tags. Promotional products are excluded from this promo offer, including towels. Final shipping costs for all promotional items will be applied after order is finished with production and ready to ship.

Artwork

​

Payment must be received to receive a proof. All artwork must be in vector file or a high quality jpeg minimum 300dpi. If any graphic work has to be done, there will be a design charge depending on your artwork. We provide up to 3 revisions on your proof. After the third revision, will be a $10 charge per proof. We are not responsible for any errors once the proof is approved.
